How do I place an Order?

All custom orders must be placed through this order form.

Is there an order minimum?

There is a one-dozen minimum on all orders.

Is there a deposit required?

A non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to secure your date. (half of your order total)

What payment methods do you accept?

MJ’s Baking Boutique accepts Venmo, CashApp, Check, Credit Card and Cash payments 

How far in advance do I need to place an order?

Orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to pickup. If available, a rush fee may be applied if placed within the week. 

Do you offer shipping?

Due to the fragility of cookies, shipping is not available. 

Do you deliver?

At this time, delivery is not being offered for individual orders. Delivery option is available for corporate and weddings orders. Submit order inquiry for delivery pricing.

Do you offer wholesale?

At this time, MJ’s Baking Boutique does not offer wholesale pricing.

What if I need to cancel my order?

All orders must be canceled 6 or more days prior to pickup. If you have paid in full, a refund will be issued or a credit will be offered.
